Provide for unrestricted gun silencers and suppressors ownership

Please go to http://wh.gov/9Aaf and support my petition to remove silencers and suppressors from the NFA and Gun Control Act.  There is no lawful reason for the Government to restrict citizen access to these devices which make shooting a firearm quieter.  Lord knows my hearing would be helped by them.

1) Accept the new reality, quit our jobs, get a very dark spray tan, brown contacts, and call ourselves Juan Valdez and get every handout we can from the government.

2) Expatriate - like our founding fathers who came to America to escape persecution, we can all leave and find a new America elsewhere.

3)  Succeed from the union and form our own country.  The Confederates did it once, may be time again.

4) Remove the parasites.  Simply make the need for these handouts go away.  If there is no-one on welfare, food stamps, public housing, the government cannot waste our money.

5)  Revolution... burn Washington to the ground and start agian.

We can be passive sheep while the government further enslaves us or we can act, now, violently, and with purpose.   The choice my friends is up to you.

The first 10 amendments to the US Constitution are collectively called the Bill of Rights and apply to the citizens and ONLY THE CITIZENS. Corporate America - Your Times Up

I just completed my 2011 taxes and ended up writing a check to the government.  Why?  My wife and I barely clipped 6 figures, had the max withheld, and still wrote a check.  Why is it the company I work for will probably not pay any taxes?  Why are we letting companies send our jobs overseas and then giving tax credits to do it?  

Corporate greed has got to stop. Government corruption has got to stop. America needs to end the one-sided trade deals that benefit everyone but us. I look at the news and the on-line websites and wonder what is wrong with this country?  Zimmerman is being scapegoated to appease the black racists that have infested Florida.  Who is paying for this?  Who is paying these people to be there, who is paying to feed them, house them, clothe them, give them those professionally printed signs?  Don't these people work?  How do you get tens of thousands of people to just show up and stay with no financial support?  Who paid to bus them in?

Why are Russians our Enemy?

We fought together in WW II, the cold war is over, why do we consider Russia a threat?  Why can't we become friends and work together?  We have similar pasts and heritage, more so than Taiwan or China. Governments aren't always looking out for our best interest. Maybe we should rethink this relationship with China and refocus our efforts with Europe.

Are We as Free as We're Told?

I visited my Dad the other day and he was telling me about life back in the Depression when he grew up. He told me how he would dig worms in the mud then push a 21' boat thru the mud and row out to sea and fish.  He fished for flounder and once he had a catch, he would row back to land and then have to push the boat back thru the mud and tie it up.  His father would skin the fish, his mother filleted the fish, and then my Dad would go around to the neighbors and sell the fillets for $0.25 a pound.  Wow what a tough way to earn some money for your family.

I thought alot about what we discussed and realized that it is illegal to do this now.  WOW.  Commercial fishing licenses, health standards, packaging requirements, taxes, business licenses, etc etc etc.  This begs the question... just how free are we?

The TSA - You Can Stop The Harassment

My daughter was having problems with the TSA on ever leg of every flight.  She was being detained.  I got tired of this harassment and filed a complaint with my congressman.  After a few short months the issue was resolved and she has not been hassled since. I don't give Congress much credit, but this time my house rep worked for me.  TSA hassaling you?  Contact your house rep, it may help.

Obama's Treasonous Administration

Obamas Delusions - Supreme Court

I cannot believe Obama is actually questioning the Supreme Court.  What brain damage is he suffering from?  The Supreme Court is one of the checks and balances the Constitution provides. THEY ultimately determine the constitutionality of laws, not him. An unconstitutional law can be passed lawfully. The facts of how it was passed do not overrule the fact of it being unconstitutional.  Obamas attack on the court is yet another example of the disgust he has for America.  His distorted interpretation of the Constitution is frightening for all of us.  If any president deserves to be tried for crimes against humanity it is Obama.  Hopefully his replacement in 2012 will prosecute him for his crimes against AMERICA.

WOW What a lynching - Zimmerman

This case has gotten completely out of control.  Zimmerman was attacked, taken into custody, processed, and released because the Florida State Attorney Genereal ruled it was self-defense. 75,000 bracists are planning on marching in Miami.  WOW... what due process are the bracists using?  The only way a white or hispanic can be innocent is NEVER....  Bracists are demanding that Zimmerman be arrested and tried eventhough the case has been ruled self-defense.  Why do we have laws if pissed off bracists can overrule the law.  It is a sad day in America when a bigmouth minority can hijack justice....

Trayvon Martin - The truth finally coming out

As more and more facts come out about this case, the more it looks like the rush to judgement by the racists blacks is evident.  Once again they distort the truth to serve their own purposes.  The truth is not a concern when publicly lynching a hispanic or white.  Amazing how busloads flooded Florida.  Don't they work?  Activists from black colleges bused in.  Don't they have classes?  It is amazing how all these people can just be brought in for the lynching.  Thank God for welfare and public assistance so all the blacks can come to Florida and spew their racism.

So far nothing coming from the black racists is true.  Have we learned nothing from Tawana Brawley, the Duke lacrosse players, and all the other false accusations made by these black racists,  This too will prove to be a trumpted up crisis.

Obamacare - Time to end the Tyranny

Today the Supreme Court began what will be a landmark decision on the constitutionality of Obamacare.  Twenty-eight (28), thats right 28 States have filed suit against the fascist Obama Administration over this radical social law.  How dare the government tell me what to do.  The Constitution does not give the Feds any say so WHAT SO EVER about what I can and cannot do or to force me to have to do something.  The Federal Government has very limited power under the Constitution.  None of which apply to ME.

To try an pass this law off as a Commerce law is ridiculous on its face.  POINT BLANK - THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CANNOT MAKE ME BUY ANYTHING.  Period.

I hope the high court has the courage to do what is right for America and overturn this fascist law.  Government should never be allowed to force a citizen to buy anything.

Black Racism - Yes RACISM

The events that unfolded over the last couple of months in Florida are unfortunate.  What it has done is expose the deeply entrenched racism of blacks in America. Lois Farakon, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, NAACP, the New Black Panthers, etc. routinely display their racist opinions and actions publically. So where is the cry of racism?  America is suffering from black apartheid where 12% of the population rule the other 88% with a single word....racist...  Everyone is afraid of being labeled racist so they stay quiet and surrender THEIR CIVIL RIGHTS...

I am prejudiced against blacks due to violent things that have happened to ME, my family and friends by blacks.  I earned MY PREJUDICE.  America it is time to stand up and tell the black community to sit down, shut up, and quit fucking whining.  White America is not racist... we're just apathetic and don't give a shit....  LIVE WITH IT....

Castle and Stand Your Ground Laws

Given the violent and racist nature of the black community, it is important to keep and expand the Castle and Stand Your Ground laws. Both of these self-defense laws and principles are needed due to the violent civil unrest currently happening in America.  I think ALL STATES should be required to have these laws and that law abiding citizens should be able to carry concealed weapons WITHOUT PERMITS.  The 2nd Amendment is an individual right guarenteed by the Constitution.

Public Lynching of Whites

The case erupting in Florida where an alledged white guy shot an killed a 17 yo black guy.  The black community has exploded nationally.  The alleged shooter was claiming self defense under the "Stand your Ground" statute, and the case was ruled justifiable.  The media and black racists such as Al Sharpton, the New Black Panthers, the NAACP, etc. started a public lynching of the alleged shooter.  The case is now re-opened, the shooter will be tried, and the case will cause all sorts of political problems for honest people

The violent nature of the black response is frightening for law abiding citizens.  Their solution to everything is extreme and violent.  Putting out wanted dead or alive posters, calling for lynchmobs, and threatening the alleged shooter with death threats all show the racist, violent, and extremist black community.

America please remember.... a black person is black first and foremost.  In racial issues you cannot rely on black police, fire, soldiers, or city officials to protect you.  They are black and you don't count honky.....

The Need for Viable 3rd and 4th Party Candidates

Is it me or are we always going to vote for the lesser of the evils these days?  It seems odd that the greatest nation in the world would only have choice "A" or "B".  Why can't we have multiple parties and have true representation?  I don't like the two choices that I have for President in 2012.  We need viable alternatives to truly represent the PEOPLE.  I am tired of the two party system that only looks out for themselves and BIG MONEY.  Hey Washington....  Billionaires only have 1 vote just like ME and there are more of folks like me than there are of your billionaire buddies.

I watched some of the Pelosi film about welfare recipients. WOW are these people fucked up.  They actually believe they are "entitled to a check".  WTF?  Our social safety net has become a nice comfy hammock for way to many people.  We have allowed the work ethic that made this country great to slip away and we have been enslaved by the Government through hand-outs.

So what has that got to do with racism?  EVERYTHING.  When someone says they are entitled to a check because "their people were slaves" that is racism.  The poor fools have been so misguided by their own people.  HEY DIPSHIT....SLAVERY WAS CLASS BASED NOT RACE BASED....  Lest we forget the European indentured slaves that were here long before the Africans.  Lest we forget that it was cheaper for a landowner to risk/kill an indentured than a black slave. Lest we forget that freed slaves also became slave owners.Lest we forget that not all blacks in America were slaves and that free blacks owned slaves too.

People wake up.  The government has to have some way to separate the masses so they can rule. God if we had social harmony there would be no need for the government.  Educate yourself.  Go to the Library and read history.  Understand what really happened and learn from it.  If you don't, you will soon find yourself in chains again and enslaved by your own government.

PACs and television quality

With the Super PACs taking over the airwaves I am so tired of the crap they push.  I have already voted in the primary.  It is now everyone else's turn to vote. Why am I still bombarded with PAC ads?  I used to be offended by all the feminine hygiene product ads that seemed to be on all the time.  Well the PACs have replaced them.  Oh how I long for a Summers Eve commercial again.

Citizens United - Wrong Decision

Is anyone else sick of all the political attack ads?  Well buckle up children you ain't seen nothing yet.  Wait till its just the Dems V Reps.  With all the PAC ads there will not be time for TV shows. So what is a corporation?  According to Webster's Dictionary it is:

1: united in one body
2: formed into a legal corporation
3: a body formed and authorized by law to act as a single person although constituted by one or more persons and legally endowed with various rights and duties including the capacity of succession

So the Supreme Court ruled that a corporation was a "person" and that said person had 1st Amendment rights to free speech.  Hence making huge multi-million dollar donations to PACs is a speech issue. Maybe it's just me but I really do not see corporations the same as I do living breathing citizens.  This was a poor decision and the ramifications are splashed all over our TV screens every minute of every hour of every day.

So when does corporate 1st Amendment rights violate mine?  When will the court uphold MY rights to not be bombarded by PAC ads?  When will the FCC impose "truth in advertising" standards to these political assaults?  When will the greed of the networks stop? Remember the networks do not have to run the ads.

So is there ever going to be a solution to the PAC ads?  Yep... it's called an on/off switch... let's all read a good book...

The Demise of the EU

Everyday on the news I watch more and more bad news about the EU.  The euro is declining, nations are headed for bankruptcy and default.  As their economies decline so does ours.  Is anybody awake at the controls?  Shouldn't we learn from the EU and avoid the same disasters here?

The War on Women - holy shit

I listen day in and day out about the supposed "War on Women".  Media and politicians have taken what is a simple issue and made it into the end of the world. Today, major employers can control what their medical and prescription coverage covers.  Smaller firms generally do not get to choose.  So what is it that people don't understand about preventive medicine and medicine for treatment?

Most insurance coverage does not include preventive medicine.  I have several medical issues and all the medications are for treatment of them. None are to prevent them.  So why is there such a flap about birth control for contraception not being covered? It is a preventative medication at that point.  The dispensing of birth control as a treatment for the many female medical conditions is in fact treatment NOT PREVENTION.

If women want free birth control then it needs to be made available to all. Men should be able to get free condoms, free vasectomies, free everything.  Why should women be given free anything. Isn't that sexist?

We as a nation face many complex crisis that threaten our way of life.  Out of control spending, the dependency class, multiple wars, out of control fuel prices, unemployment, etc. etc. etc.  There are more important things that need fixing than free BC for women....  Get your priorities straight.

Russian Women

Why are Russian women all tall, dark, and sexy as hell?  Here in the US we have hot sexy women but it seems everything I see about Russia always have these amazon sex goddesses.  Damn, so not fair.

St. Patricks Day

As we all wake up this morning and recover from all the fun we had yesterday, we should take a moment and reflect on the difficult path the Irish had getting to this point. The Irish came as indentured slaves to work the homes and farms of the colonies.  They worked side by side with the Africans who had been brought here as slaves as well.  Eventually the indentured culture disappeared and the Irish were left to fend for themselves.  Lest we not forget the "Irish need not apply" signs that spread throughout America.  Through hard work and a sense of unity amongst their race, they beat the odds and have done well in America.  The Kennedy's are a proud example of the Irish here in America.  A President, Attorney General, and a life long Senator.

Other nationalities can learn from the Irish.  Work hard, be determined, and let no-one tell you no.  With that mentality you will succeed and the American dream will be yours too.

Voter ID

Wow such progressive concern for all the old and poor people in the US.  My mom, grhs, voted in every election despite having MS for 30 years and being bedridden for her last 15 years.  She had a photo ID issued by the State, that she got when she surrendered her drivers license, because she could not physically drive anymore.  It makes me sick to listen to the crying and whining about show a photo ID to vote.  I still cannot image being legal in this country and not having photo ID.  Maybe that why all the bullshit?  Maybe the Dems need those 14 million illegals to vote for them to stay in office.  Lord knows they can't do it honestly.

Photo IDs - wow the cool-aid drinkers

I was listening to the Alex Bennet show this morning and the topic was "whats wrong with having to show a photo ID to vote if the IDs are free".  The number of callers who kept using the same old "disenfranchised voters" was ridiculous.  What the fuck is the big deal?  The cool-aid drinkers are sooo rabid... it's like they are cyborgs with only one collective thought... how fucking sad we as a nation have become so polarized.  The hatred between donkeys and elephants is totally out of control.  Can we as a nation ever heal?

Cost of College - Holy Shit

Why is it that I am up to my eyeballs in debt after putting 2 kids through college yet minority students not only get free college they get food stamps and total handouts?  Why do I only get taxes and debt??? Oh that's right... I'm white... I'm the devil....  bullshit....end reverse discrimination and level the playing field.

Have you noticed that all commercials now a days attack the white male as bad fathers, inept, stupid, etc.  I find these verfy offensive and make an effort to NOT BUY the products they advertise.  HEY AD GUYS,  I HAVE A BRAIN, I'M A GREAT FATHER, I CAN WORK ON MY CAR AND HOUSE, AND I CAN CHEW GUM AND WALK AT THE SAME TIME.  To the companies that allow this type of advertising on their behalf... YOUR OFFENSIVE AND I WILL NOT BUY YOUR PRODUCTS... so kiss my ass....

Food Stamp Hell - Wasting my tax money

Have you been behind a food stamp shopper lately?  Holy Shit, I wish I could afford to eat that good.  Buggies full of name brand items, nice steak, hell even sushi...  So you stand there and there are at least 3 transactions.  Food stamp purchase, supplemental child nutrition purchase, and then the cash purchase, (from that giant wad of money) for all the shit they can't buy with their handouts. Then of course every one of the 5 - 8 kids have to make separate purchases with "their money".  Hell you can be there for 20 or 30 minutes waiting for one family to check out.  WTF???

Public assistance should be just that; ASSISTANCE.  NO ONE ON FOOD STAMPS SHOULD EAT BETTER THAN THE TAX PAYERS PAYING FOR THEIR FOOD. It should cover basic generic or store brand food only.  No frills and no thrills. Just the bare necessities. Hell if I can't eat name brand why the hell should they.  HEY PARASITES.... GET OFF THE GOVERNMENT DIME AND GET TO WORK...

Global Warming - Bullshit

Photo IDs to Vote

You'd think the world was ending because some states are implementing voter ID changes requiring photo IDs.  OH GOD ITS VOTER DISENFRANCHISEMENT...  BULLSHIT... I am regularly required to provide photo ID...  How do people live without it?  Here all the places I know where photo IDs are required.

1) Write a check
2) Deposit or remove money at a bank window
3) Go to the pharmacy for prescriptions
4) Rent a carpet cleaner
5) Rent anything
6) Buy an alcoholic drink or beer, wine, or booze
7) Buy cigarettes
8) Drive

There are many many more that people use their IDs for.  Why is it such a horrible thing they prove who they are when they vote?  Wow is this screwing up someones voter fraud schemes?

Big Brother

The Constitution was written specifically to avoid an inept and corrupt government like we have now.  My god they are fighting over birth control??? The government divides the people so that their importance increases.  Men against women, black against white, young against old, etc.  One day we will wake up and realize that government is the problem and not the solution.  Throw out the Federal Government and reinstate a constitutional one in its place.  Power to the State and the People where it was intended.  God Bless America

Unfortunately the Stephanie Miller show is on at lunch on Sirius 127 the Left.  I find this channel entertaining since I agree with some of what they talk about and strongly disagree with the rest.  This particular show is an absolute waste of satellite time.  She and her gang of cronies sound like a bunch of kinder gardeners.  I mean holy shit is there a combined IQ of 12 on this show?

The Blame Game

It is amazing how no one in Washington will take responsibility for the mess we're in.  Obama's inept presidency has shown that neither side represents ME.  The republican primary has shown that they are out of touch with the needs of the people while the democrats defend Obama with "well Bush did it too".  Last time I looked Bush wasn't running this time.  Obama needs to take responsibilty for his failed presidency.  He needs to do the right thing for the country and not just himself. Rush Limbaugh - U screwed up

I have enjoyed the rants of Rush over the years and enjoy watching him make liberals and progressives squirm and scream.  However, I feel he has crossed the line in the Fluke case.  It is hard to complain about the bias of the mainstream media when he goes off like this.  Calling any woman a slut and a prostitute is WRONG.  Rush you made a mistake.  Man up and apologize.

Gas Prices - Holy Shit

I listened to progressive radio again today and cannot believe they defend Obama on gas prices.  They claim that he and the government are helpless to do anything.  BS   Yes he can affect prices.. he just won't.

How is it 1/2 of all Americans pay NO TAXES?  Why do they get all their taxes back plus extra?  I work hard every day to pay my bills and support my family.  The Government takes a huge amount of what I make.  Whats fair is fair and EVERYONE should pay taxes... Defending the 2nd Amendment

We should not have to defend the 2nd Amendment.  The government has no legal right to do anything in the realm of gun control according to the 2nd Amendment.  The right of the people is absolute.

Having said that I believe we have to defend the 2nd Amendment from those who care nothing about the Constitution or the will of the people.  Unfortunately that is most of Washington.

I proudly belong to the JPFO and NRA. I like the work that JPFO does in defending our rights, (very aggressive), and the NRA does allot of good work for shooters and hunters everywhere.

Our enemies

We have many enemies around the world that would like to do us harm.  North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, etc.  The President is too busy with his vacations and junkets  to care.  We need to wake up and deal with these threats NOW.  We need to build up huge forces on our side of the DMZ in Korea.  Let them see what they are really up against.  Iran... Israel have fun... give 'em hell and remember, turn lights our when you leave. Venezuela... no threat.

Many years ago, (6? or 7?), the British SAS and German G9 said that Osama bin Laden had died of natural causes up in the mountains. I understand the need by the governments of the world, with troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, to keep the myth going to justify their presence, and I understand the need of the terrorists to keep the myth going for fund raising purposes, but I have a simple question... who'd we kill with Seal team 6?

2nd Amendment - Absolute right of the people

The 1st Amendment - Separation of Church and State

CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF, ...  I can read and understand it.... can you? Apparently our judicial folks can't.  Separation of church and state is a widely misunderstood premise and in my humble opinion a really bad decision.

I understand that the founders did not want a repeat of the Church of England.  That our right to practice, or not practice, the religion of our choice was in no way subject to ANY government scrutiny or permission. All public/government buildings and land belongs to ME, the taxpaying citizen.  As such, if I want to hold a catholic mass at my local high school gym, I CAN... so can the Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, etc.  This "absolute no" attitude for use of public facilities for religious functions is WRONG... the " zero tolerance" mentality has turned what should be a administrative decision into an absolute "NO"... THINK PEOPLE, only cowards hide behind an absolute no.  Use that brain that GOD GAVE YOU, and not the stupid decision the courts gave us.

I started listening to Sirius channel 127 "The Left" for shits and giggles.  I find it an interesting channel with various progressive and leftwing talk shows.  The latest bash at "the right" and Republicans is "THE WAR ON WOMEN".  Apparently if you don't give women free birth control your anti-women???  MY GOD how can you think like that?  Apparently the left doesn't understand the 1st Amendment.  Religious organizations cannot be legislated to violate their religious beliefs... PERIOD... it is an absolute.

So why do women get free stuff and I don't?  And another thought for a different rant...  if all women have a right to free birth control guaranteed by the Government, if I knock one up it's her fault right?

As I sit here this morning enjoying a glass of tea and pondering the world, I wonder, how do we get out of this horrible mess? As I watch TV, listen to the radio, read newspapers, and magazines I always ask the same question.  Is everyone frickin insane??  Does anyone care about our country??  Is everything about the $$ and votes??  WTF?  What about ME??
