4.3 Million New Jobs?

The Obama re-election conspiracy has come up with a fictitious number of new jobs created by Obama.  4.3 million.  Seriously?  Who is stupid enough to believe that? 4.3 jobs maybe but definitely not millions.  Do they honestly think we're that stupid?  Geez..  God bless America we really need it.
